Khajjiar - A Beautiful Hill Station in Indian State of Himachal Pradesh

Khajjiar is a small hill station in the beautiful Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is located approximately 24 kilometers from Dalhousie, another hill station in the region, and is surrounded by mountains and rambling vegetation. Sitting on a small plateau with a small stream-fed lake in the middle, Khajjiar is one of the most beautiful places in Himachala Pradesh.



Khajjiar is home to a number of tourist spots which are known for their scenic beauty. It has a sprawling vegetation of deodars, pines and rhododendrons. There are also beautiful lakes and streams in the area. 



Khajjiar in Himachal Pradesh is located at an altitude of around 1960 meters. It offers a beautiful panoramic view of the densely populated forests and the meadows and snowy peaks of Himalayas. Khajjiar is popularly referred to as the Switzerland of India.

Khajjiar is a beautiful place; the popular spot is a lush green ground surrounded by deodar trees and a miraculous lake that never dries out throughout the year. You can enjoy boating, horse riding here.
